Joel Heppting – Founder / Chief Creative Officer 
Bringing more than 20 years of experience and achievement in marketing, design, management, operations and implementation - holding positions as Regional & National Sales Manager, VP of Sales and Executive VP for Nady Systems, Passport Designs and Emagic Inc, all ground breaking audio technology companies – Emagic was acquired by Apple Computer in 2002. Joel was instrumental in the change over from “Design and Publishing” to “Creative Markets” at Apple Computer in 1999 and 2000. He went on to a strategic business development role with Adaptec as the technology giant spun off its software division into Roxio Inc. Here, he was instrumental in the creation and execution of new software interfaces and web applications while closing key deals with enterprise, entertainment and dotCom businesses. These included MTVi, RollingStone.com, MP3.com and Napster – which Roxio acquired in 2003. In parallel, in the year 2000, Mr. Heppting founded Banner Mountain Creative with Steven Hale and Geoff Hayman.

Steven Hale – Creative Director / Senior Graphic Designer
An award winning graphic designer who holds degrees both in design and marketing, Mr. Hale brings a wealth of experience from his over 25 years in working in print, web design, GUI design, experience design and interactive animation. Exceeding client expectations both as an independent designer and with major web development / design firms, Steven is instrumental in the branding and implementation of custom user interfaces for Banner Mountain Creative clients. Steven has designed software interfaces, web sites and print for The League of California Cities, Telestream, Grass Valley Group a Thomson Company, Raley’s Supermarkets, GigaFlip, PeopleSoft, The United States Army Missile Defense Organization, Florin Mall, RPM Optoelectronics, Step Communications, 01 Communications, The Cities of Red Bluff and Canyon Lake and many more.

Geoff Hayman – Chief Technical Officer
A 25 year hardware and software engineering veteran holding degrees in computer sciences and marketing from the University of Kent in the UK, Geoff has worked in all areas of enterprise software development. He was Director of Engineering and later Director of Technical Sales at Walker Interactive systems. As well as a complete software development background, he has also spent several years in Sales and Marketing. He has even had the dubious pleasure of having to sell the software that he was responsible for writing. This has given him a unique perspective on the right and wrong way to design and implement software applications not matter what their delivery vehicle. Geoff has developed web applications for iPlanet, Hewlett Packard, Hitachi, The League of California Cities, PMG, Cohesion Marketing, Motorola and Selectron. In addition, Mr. Hayman has e-commerce expertise and his reputation for time and mission critical application creation makes him the perfect fit in the Chief Technical Officer role.

Jonathan Lyerly – Senior Director of New Media
For the last 20 years Jonathan has been at the forefront of animation in consumer deliverables. In Kiosk and Interactive CD ROM design as well as pioneering web delivery of user navigable 3D sprites over the web,  he has created animations for some marquee clients. These include; Universal Studios Theme Park, NASA’s Space Camp in Hunstville Alabama, The United States Army Missile Defense Organization, Kaiser Permanente, PeopleSoft, Procter & Gamble and Teri Dougherty’s Patented 3d teaching method. Jonathan is also a streaming media expert and is amazing when editing and enhancing digital video. In the last few years, Jonathan has been refining the delivery of user navigable 3d animation via the web and has been concentrating on high definition motion graphics for Banner Mountain's clientele.
